Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable SpecialistMoveDocs streamlines the coordination of medical, financial, and professional services for personal injury cases—improving efficiency for attorneys, care providers, and their clients. The position will contribute to the day-to-day and monthly Accounts Payable work for all facilities under the MoveDocs entity. The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves, contribute and help the team meet daily and monthly deadlines while growing their knowledge. This position will report to the AP Manager.This position is based out of our Las Vegas, Nevada office.Responsibilities:Create, review, and send out high volume of bills of sales.Prepare and process high volume of payments via check and ACH payments.Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies by working directly with customers and collaborating with internal teams.Communicate with customers regarding payment status and inquiries.Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions, adjustments and approvals for audit purposes and compliance with company policies.The ability to reconcile accounts between several internal operation systemsAssists in the month end close and other Accounts Payable and Accounting duties as needed.
