Business Office Manager

Artegan LLC

Fountain Court Senior Living , located in Maple Valley, Washington is currently seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team. Business Office Manager duties and responsibilities: Greeting visitors & answering telephones Preparing payroll Process, account and collect all revenue, expenses and documents in an accurate and timely manner and reconcile all funds used by the residents or the facility Maintaining up to date resident and staff files Conducting new-hire orientation; tracking and scheduling required employee training Maintaining office supplies within budget Generating and delivering monthly resident billing Participate in administrative back up team Business Office Manager skills and qualifications: Must be able to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees Highly organized with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask Ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office to include Word and Excel Bookkeeping experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding customer service attitude and demeanor Ability to work independently and within a team environment Business Office Manager benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Vacation and Paid Sick Time Salary negotiable based on proven experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Artegan LLC
