What we offer: Salary starting at $45,000 - $50,000. Benefits include dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and medical insurance. Career Advancement. Free Meal while working. What you will be doing: Responsible for the profitability, sanitation, and execution of the Restaurant. Engaging with the staff as well as the supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction. Assisting with any guest complaints from the dining room or carry out areas. Communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other various issues. Monitoring the maintenance of the building and equipment and contacting the maintenance team when repairs are required. Among other Duties Who we are looking for: Has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience College degree is preferred but not required. High school degree is sufficient if you have leadership experience. Extremely friendly, polite and a people person who has attention to detail. Great communication skills that will help the staff to understand daily expectations to meet various goals. Ability to coach and develop a diverse staff and handle in the moment coaching events in a stressful environment in a professional manner. Pre-employment Requirement: Must consent to a background check. Must be able to obtain Servsafe Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire. Must be able to obtain Basset Certification within 30 days of hire. Must be able to obtain Allergen Certificate within 30 days of hire. Must have a valid driver's license and insurance. Physical Requirements: An average work week will be 50+ hours. Be able to stand for extended periods of time. Lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds.
