Business Development Partner – CommissionOnly | High Revenue Potential
Location: Remote / United States

FenixHire, a fastgrowing recruitment solutions firm, is seeking a driven and relationshipfocused Business Development Partner to support its national expansion. This commissiononly role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who excels at building client relationships, identifying hiring needs, and positioning highvalue recruitment services across multiple industries.
The Business Development Partner will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing longterm partnerships, and representing the FenixHire brand with professionalism and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries
- Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and capability presentations
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate FenixHire recruitment solutions
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and forecasting
- Build longterm relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Represent FenixHire at industry events, virtual meetings, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client partnerships (recruiting or staffing industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet activity and revenue targets
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and consultative selling
- Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to work independently
- Techsavvy with experience using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms
Compensation
