Company: Liberty 1 Lending Job Overview Liberty 1 Lending is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to become a part of our team. The suitable candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying candidates to assisting with onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of various recruiting techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring leaders. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with the objectives of the organization. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events Partner with leadership to understand market needs, growth plans, and talent gaps Engage in cold calling and lead generation to identify potential candidates Maintain precise records of candidate interactions and progress within the Applicant Tracking system ADP Ensure adherence to employment and labor laws throughout the recruitment process Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to support succession planning and talent management initiatives Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of experience within the mortgage industry Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively Highly driven, persuasive, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and employee relations practices Ability to conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies Experience in managing social media for employer branding purposes is an advantage Ability to work independently while managing priorities and meeting goals #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty 1 Lending Inc
