Tech Lead

Role Description

Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.

• Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates.
• Have strong functional and technical knowledge on Enovia V6 and 3DExperience platform.
• Having exposure to Webservices and Java 8 features.
• Knowledge on at least one web server.
• Functional understanding of the business process.
• Experience in gathering business requirements.
• Experience in grooming User Stories.
• Have understanding of FCS Architecture and how file locations are managed.
• Have strong understanding of PnO Concepts and Security contexts.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of PLM OOTB functionality.
• Able to do the gap analysis between the different systems and provide solutions to the customer to match the data models between source and target systems.
• Strong understanding of Database Concepts and understanding of any ETL Tool in the market.
• Able to lead a team and handle customer calls and manage the team activities in Agile delivery methodology.
• Experience in designing acceptance criteria and test cases (positive/negative).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in designing solutions in Enovia 3DExperience.
• Develop solution design.
• Complete and groom user stories.
• Develop training material, process maps and conduct train the trainer sessions.
• Work in US time zone interface with customer's functional experts.
• Work in US time zone to coordinate on demos and requirement approvals from business process owners.
