Auto Biller Full Time - Experienced

Automotive Biller Position

Are you an organized individual? Do you pay incredible attention to detail? Do you have prior experience working in an automotive dealership?

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is currently looking for an experienced Full Time Automotive Biller to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership experience. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Schedule Requirement: This position requires weekend availability to work every other Saturday. This is a mandatory requirement of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Billing new and used car deliveries.
• Overseeing the processing of all dealership state paperwork and submit on time.
• Breaking down deal and package funding contracts.
• Posting deals.
• Maintaining titles and MSOs for new and used inventory.
• Preparing title work for sold vehicles.
• Entering used vehicle purchases into inventory

QUALIFICATIONS

• Thorough knowledge of Verify mandatory.
• Auto billing experience. Tekion is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Quality writing and grammar skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily.
• Detailed follow up.
• Professional appearance.
• Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Compliant with DMV regulations and dealership policies.
• Team player.
