Description:

It has a dedicated team of nursing professionals focused on patient care and safety.
The unit supports a high standard of nursing excellence and maintains important safety grades.
There are 36 beds and a staff of over 50, including various roles to support patient care.
The current nurse-to-patient ratio on day shifts is 1:5/6 and for night shifts is 1:6/7.
Key equipment includes medical remote telemetry monitoring and electronic medical records access.
Candidates should be hard-working, compassionate, and team-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership experience and charge nurse experience are preferred but not required.
The role may require participation in weekend shifts, with a sign-up for six shifts in each six-week schedule.
