An adult medical-surgical unit with 34 beds is available.
Day shift staffing includes a charge nurse, several registered nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
Patient ratios are 1:4-6 during the day shift.
Night shift nursing includes a charge nurse and multiple registered nurses.
Staff will perform various procedures, including IV fluids, tube feeds, PEG feedings, and IV antibiotics.
Teamwork and assistance among nursing staff are essential.
Weekend shifts are scheduled as required, with an expectation of every other weekend.
All staff must adhere to established unit policies and guidelines.
