Job Duties/ Responsibilities: Coordinates data provided from various departments and check processing. Ensures accurate processing in Lawson HRIS system. Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and adjusts, as necessary. Resolves employee related payroll inquires and payroll issues that may arise. Perform off cycle duties such as manual checks, voids, garnishment refunds. Provides daily and month end financial reports to local accounting staff. Maintains payroll related spreadsheets and keeps organized records. Provides technical payroll support to facilities and employees. Bachelor's degree preferred. Lawson or Workday experience preferred. Microsoft office proficient. Detail, goal oriented, and have follow-through skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Problem solve and multitask. Professionalism in dealing with all customers and ability to work with other UHS staff and/or resources is required. Must be able to work in an office environment at the corporate office.
