Overview:

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Bilingual Office Assistant to support multiple departments at our Sunland Park client location. This position is ideal for someone who communicates well, is comfortable using a computer, and can manage several responsibilities throughout the day.

Skills and Experience:

Responsibilities

• Make and receive business-related phone calls
• Enter accurate information and documentation into the company’s CRM system
• Assist multiple departments with administrative and clerical tasks
• Organize information and manage changing priorities
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
• Drive a company vehicle when needed
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Provide helpful and courteous service to customers and team members

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow company dress and appearance standards, including covering visible tattoos and removing visible facial or other nontraditional piercings while working, subject to any legally required accommodations

This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week opportunity with a consistent daytime schedule. We are looking for someone who is ready to contribute, learn, and become a dependable part of the team.
