Job Summary: An Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The consultant works with finance and business stakeholders to design budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, profitability analysis and reporting solutions while integrating EPM with Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.

Job Summary: An Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The consultant works with finance and business stakeholders to design budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, profitability analysis and reporting solutions while integrating EPM with Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend Oracle Fusion EPM solutions.
- Configure Oracle EPM Cloud applications and business processes.
- Design and implement planning models, dimensions, forms, workflows and business rules.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment.
- Integrate Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM and external data sources.
- Support data migration, metadata management and application security.
- Train end users and provide post-go-live production support.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT and business teams to optimize financial planning and reporting processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud configuration.
- Budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial close processes.
- Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Essbase and Groovy scripting.
- Smart View, Financial Reporting and Dashboard development.
- Data Integration and EPM Automate.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of Oracle EPM or Oracle Fusion consulting experience.
- Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion EPM implementation is often preferred.
- Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Professional
- Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Certification
- Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) Certification.
