Medical Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish) – Physical Therapy Clinic (Hollister)

Zollinger Physical Therapy is a friendly, patient-focused clinic in Hollister seeking a reliable and personable Medical Receptionist (Front Office Coordinator) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values being part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Position Details:

• Full-time, or part-time if preferred, 30–40 hours per week

• Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar

• Assist patients with intake paperwork and create/update patient charts

• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations for services

• Communicate with referring physicians’ offices and other healthcare providers

• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries

• Support overall front office operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Strong computer and phone communication skills

• Previous experience in a medical office, front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

• Experience with insurance verification or electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Compensation:

• Pay range: $18–$20/hour, or more, depending on experience
