Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with our center, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients, including individual and couple sessions, to identify goals and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapy to couples, families, and individuals addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and family conflict.

• Facilitating communication and conflict resolution between family members and supporting clients through life transitions, such as divorce or remarriage in blended families.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Documenting session notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with organization standards and legal requirements.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to integrate mental health strategies into broader health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents from various backgrounds. You will address a wide range of clinical issues, from job stress and medical concerns to complex family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heritage Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, we value the contributions of our therapists and offer:
