Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health services in accordance with contractual requirements, focusing on our holistic approach to care.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver coordinated care for clients and their families.

• Utilize culturally appropriate practices and adapt therapeutic interventions that are sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

• Engage positively with internal staff, external community partners, and referral sources, ensuring cohesive service delivery.

• Document clinical sessions accurately and maintain compliance with billing expectations as per agency policy and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a successful caseload, adjusting counseling techniques to meet the changing needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues. Our approach emphasizes trauma-informed care, recognizing the impact of past experiences on present behavior and mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Demonstrable training in trauma-informed methods and culturally competent practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desired.
