Work Environment

This full-time position offers a unique blend of flexibility and support, as the role is primarily remote but functions within our outpatient office framework. You will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated health professionals, influencing the direction of client care through shared insights and resources. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while still meeting the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, establishing meaningful rapport and ensuring adherence to professional ethical standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate therapy progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, maintaining a proactive approach to care.
• Design, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including detailed progress notes for each patient, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's history, needs, and treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, providing high-quality psychotherapy tailored to clients’ specific challenges.
• Participate in ongoing individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and focus on professional development.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright Tomorrows, you will work with a diverse patient population, which includes children, adolescents, and adults. This variety enables you to apply different therapeutic modalities and tailor your approach to suit each client's developmental stage and individual circumstances. Your work will play a critical role in helping clients address mental health challenges and achieve better outcomes in their personal lives.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is essential; the license must be unrestricted, current, and active.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation is mandatory.
• Proficiency with computer systems for documentation and scheduling is essential.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Comfort and competency in conducting intake assessments are necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Experience with specialized populations, including trauma-informed care and family systems therapy.
• Previous involvement in collaborative care settings that emphasize interdisciplinary approaches to mental health.
• Passion for community engagement and the ability to build partnerships with local organizations.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance metrics. Compensation is structured under a Fee-for-Service model, allowing for flexibility and financial growth.
