Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize evidence-based therapies and are aligned with clients’ goals.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation and practical tools to empower clients in their recovery journeys, enhancing their self-efficacy and resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate referrals to psychiatrists or other necessary health professionals when indicated.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse group of clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least four years of relevant mental health counseling experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage client data and progress notes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Extensive experience using evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• Strong crisis intervention skills paired with an ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
