Work Environment\n

This position allows for a fully remote work setting while also maintaining access to an outpatient office as needed. You will leverage technology to manage client sessions, collaborate with colleagues, and enhance client engagement, all in a comfortable, flexible environment that supports your professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional counseling services tailored to meet the emotional and behavioral needs of clients from various backgrounds.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and family therapists, to optimize client outcomes and share best practices.

• Maintain accurate and compliant client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific client concerns while utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage actively in community outreach events to build relationships and enhance visibility for our services, ensuring that we reach those who may benefit from our support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals and families grappling with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We emphasize a holistic and person-centered approach, fostering a safe environment where clients feel supported and empowered to share their stories and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid independent license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health services, preferably within an outpatient or community-focused setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
