Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst

Leading the requirements gathering and process design for federal agency clients, the full-time remote Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring compliance with federal standards. Key responsibilities Lead client workshops to elicit and document business requirements aligned with agency mission goals Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum frameworks Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with Agile Coach to design new processes and standard operating procedures for ServiceNow delivery teams Required qualifications U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Level security clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform Proven experience in federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
