About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving new business growth, particularly within the global travel industry. This role is pivotal in building and managing a high-value sales pipeline, identifying key decision-makers, and leading consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for representing the business at international travel industry events and networking opportunities, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure and progress deals. Applicants for the Senior Sales Manager position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B or SaaS sales, with a strong knowledge of the business travel or travel technology sector. The role requires proven success in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, advanced LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting capabilities, and the confidence to manage complex sales cycles while building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-growth environment, be adept at shaping market approaches, and be committed to contributing to the commercial success of the business.
