Vice President of Commercial Strategy

Leading the development of a comprehensive commercial strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Commercial Strategy will design and implement go-to-market structures, manage Salesforce as the commercial system of record, and oversee compensation plans while driving commercial transformation and scaling the team towards a $1B+ enterprise. Key responsibilities Design and evolve the go-to-market structure and territory strategy, driving scaling decisions through revenue growth Own Salesforce governance and lead the unification program, ensuring data integrity and integration across the organization Develop and manage compensation plans for various selling roles, ensuring clarity and compliance throughout the organization Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, commercial operations, or GTM strategy in complex B2B environments Proven experience leading quota-carrying teams and managing large-scale commercial systems initiatives Direct ownership of Salesforce strategy and governance, including data model management Experience designing and implementing sales enablement programs that enhance onboarding and productivity Background in industrial technology or complex B2B environments, with a focus on commercial integration post-acquisition
