Senior Director of Marketing

To drive brand strategy and operational execution across multiple functions, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing will unify employer branding, content strategy, social media, and public relations while managing the "My Local Veterinarian" initiative to enhance community engagement and attract talent in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Define and steward the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across all hospitals and corporate teams, launching recruitment-marketing campaigns Own the content operating model and establish quality standards to drive client education and brand storytelling Set the corporate brand-social strategy and manage community engagement through social media and public relations initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field 15+ years of experience in brand, integrated marketing, or corporate communications 4+ years of experience in building and leading marketing teams Demonstrated ownership of employer brand, content, social, or PR Proven experience in high-stakes crisis management with executive exposure
