Navina is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to the RevOps Director. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, BDR, and Marketing leadership to design, run, and continuously improve the business processes that power our go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, loves solving operational bottlenecks, and is fluent in using AI tools to move faster than a traditional ops function ever could.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end business processes across the sales and customer lifecycle, from lead to quote to close to renewal
• Design and run sales and CS enablement programs, including onboarding, playbooks, and methodology adoption (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar frameworks)
• Drive adoption of new GTM tools (e.g., Gong, DealHub, and other systems as we scale): partner with reps and managers through rollout, build training materials and workflows, monitor usage, and troubleshoot adoption gaps until tools are genuinely embedded in day-to-day work, not just "turned on"
• Build and maintain quoting workflows using DealHub, ensuring pricing, approvals, and contract terms move smoothly through the pipeline
• Define, track, and report on core business KPIs (MQL, SQL, ARR, NDR, conversion rates, and similar metrics), translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards, and conduct deeper analysis (pipeline health, rep performance, cohort trends, funnel conversion) to support data-driven decisions across Sales, CS, and Marketing
• Act as a trusted partner and coach to sales and CS reps, helping them adopt new processes and tools without friction
• Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and redesign them, balancing rigor with usability
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, and other GTM AI tooling) into daily operational work, building faster reporting, smarter documentation, and lighter weight process design
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, and the Salesforce/Gong admin team to ensure systems and processes are aligned

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 6-8+ years in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations (SaaS environment strongly preferred)
• Experience with hyper growth pace as it relates to systems and methodologies adoption across the company
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional business processes end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data, building reports, and turning numbers into a clear narrative that supports business decisions
• Strong background in sales and/or CS enablement: training, playbooks, methodology rollout
• Track record driving adoption of new tools and systems across a sales/CS org, not just implementing them
• Solid grasp of SaaS business fundamentals and KPIs (pipeline, forecasting, retention, velocity)
• Hands-on experience building quotes/CPQ workflows in DealHub
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in daily work (prompting, building workflows, using AI for analysis or documentation): this isn't optional, it's core to how this role operates
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; Salesforce experience a plus
• Healthcare tech or healthcare SaaS experience a plus, not required
