Senior Manager, Operations Program Strategy

Whether it’s at the airport, stadium, or throughout your everyday life, CLEAR unlocks the magic of frictionless experiences.The Senior Manager, Operations Program Strategy will build and lead the operating system that enables CLEAR’s field organization and Aviation leadership team to execute consistently and scale effectively. You’ll own the standards, program governance, strategic planning, initiatives organization, and change management that connect Central Operations with the field—ensuring programs are ready before launch, priorities stay aligned, and change lands successfully across all Aviation programs.What you'll do:Drive Central Operations strategic planning and rhythms of business, including OKRs, program management, Monthly Business Reviews, annual planning and budgeting, and cross-functional strategic initiativesBuild and lead CLEAR’s Operations change management and field communications framework, ensuring changes are thoughtfully planned, clearly communicated, appropriately sequenced, and consistently executed across a distributed field organization and leadership teamDefine and maintain CLEAR’s field operating standards, including SOPs, role expectations, quality assurance frameworks, and accountability measures across the field organizationLead program governance for Operations, establishing clear stage gates, readiness criteria, launch requirements, feedback loops, and field intake processes that enable successful execution of new programs and initiativesServe as the integration point across Aviation programs, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and sequencing field-facing priorities to create a consistent operating experience and minimize competing demands on field teamsHow you'll measure success:Field adherence to operating standards and quality assurance measuresProgram readiness and successful execution of field launches against defined milestonesOn-time delivery and progress against Operations OKRs and strategic initiativesAdoption and execution of operational changes across CLEAR locationsWhat you're great at:6-8+ years of experience in operations, program management, strategy, or a related function within a high-growth, complex, or distributed operating environmentLeading complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, creating structure from ambiguity and establishing clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and accountabilityBuilding scalable operating processes, standards, and governance that create consistency without slowing down the businessInfluencing across functions and levels of an organization through exceptional communication, sound judgment, high EQ, and the ability to drive alignment without direct authorityManaging multiple strategic priorities simultaneously with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughHow You'll be Rewarded:At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The base salary range for this role is $145,000.00 - $175,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
