Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active SLPA professional license is required
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Ability to complete state fingerprinting/background check in a timely manner
• Capable of managing a caseload averaging 80–90 students (with peak periods up to 100)
• Comfortable working primarily at one location, with occasional assignment to a second campus as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in working with children
• Willingness to work on-site; remote arrangements are not offered for this role

Primary Duties:

• Deliver speech-language services to elementary-aged students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement individualized therapy sessions, interventions, and activities as directed
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to district and legal requirements
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Contribute to interdisciplinary meetings and assist with screenings and assessments as assigned
