Physician - Urgent Care

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, provides urgent care across Washington and Idaho with over 40 clinics and virtual services. This Float Pool Physician position serves our Puget Sound Region clinics. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Physician to provide primary urgent care services, including triage, diagnosis, treatment, and minor procedures, across a network of clinics. The role offers an opportunity to work at the top of your license, mentor junior providers, and support a 5‑star clinical team. Schedule and Compensation • Full‑time: 14 shifts per month. The schedule is set two months in advance with room for weekend and holiday rotations. • Shifts run 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week. • Earnings exceed $350 k per year, with volume incentives, bonuses, sign‑on benefits, tuition assistance, and malpractice coverage included. The Opportunity Clinics operate 7 days a week, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Schedule planned 2 months ahead; same‑day shift changes possible. Expect to perform suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x‑ray interpretation, treat all age groups, and practice independently. DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority. Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association. Minimum two years clinical experience in an urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting.
