Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting, ensuring a tailored approach for each client based on their unique challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify relational and mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals to track progress.

• Respond to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients on strategies for effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping mechanisms to empower them in their journeys toward improved relational and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
