Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California.

• Provide compassionate and effective therapy to patients, utilizing individual, couples, and family modalities to address various mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and innovative methodologies.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages shared experiences and learning.

• Document all patient interactions and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, using our electronic health record system to maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continual professional development through access to advanced training in specialized therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, including Nurse Practitioners and support staff, to enrich the therapeutic experience and enhance patient outcomes.

As a member of our Telehealth team, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes adults and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to utilize your cultural competency to engage patients from various backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
