As a Principle Technical Account Manager at Outreach, you will lead enterprise-level strategic engagements with our most significant customers, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and customer executive leadership. This role is pivotal in defining and driving customer success initiatives that have measurable business impacts while establishing best practices that scale across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer engagements and serve as the voice of the customer.
- Drive systemic customer success initiatives and transformational programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and operational strategy.
- Advise senior leadership on customer strategy and operational priorities.
- Champion AI adoption and innovation within the TAM organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years in technical account management or related roles.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics), and other relevant technologies.
- Proven track record in managing strategic enterprise customers.
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence cross-functional teams.
