Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Wed: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Thur: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Fri: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Sat: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors, verifying identification, and following site‑specific access procedures for a technology‑focused location. Monitor lobby activity, visitor logs, badges, keys, and/or access requests while helping to support security‑related procedures and front desk operations. Answer phones, direct guests, receive deliveries, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy issues to the appropriate contact. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of visitor check‑in activity, incident details, and daily front desk reports while following Allied Universal standards and client guidelines. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
