If that sounds like you, then keep reading because OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach inspired, science backed and technology tracked workouts. We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel welcome, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:
- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
- Help members set and achieve goals through engagement and enthusiasm
- Ensure members are using correct form and providing corrections to form as needed
- Understand the science behind OTF workouts - heart-rate focused training programs
- Know how to use and demonstrate usage for all equipment utilized in every workout
- Be a team player
Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:
- AED/CPR certified
- Current fitness certification from ACE, NSCA, ACSM, AFAA, or NASM
- Available to go through a 4-day OTFit Certification Audition process and pass a test prior to being hired
- Must work a minimum of 8-10 classes per week
