Construction Litigation Associate

Chicago, IL

We are partnering with a boutique law firm renowned for its exclusive focus on high-stakes construction litigation, design disputes and project counseling. Representing major project owners, developers, general contractors, and design professionals, the firm offers an elite platform to handle complex, large-scale industrial and commercial disputes alongside top-tier practitioners in the field.

Candidate Requirements

2–7 years of relevant legal experience in complex commercial litigation or dedicated construction disputes.
Prior background as a design professional (architecture, engineering, or project management) is highly valued, though strong commercial litigators looking to specialize are encouraged to apply.
Hands-on experience with mechanic’s liens, defect claims, delay/disruption disputes, or construction contract drafting.
Active Bar admission in Illinois (or eligibility for prompt admission).
Exceptional legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills.
