Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Consult with healthcare providers about the continuum of care for patients, ensuring effective communication regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge processes while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide education to patients and their families about treatment protocols, exercise regimens, and home care strategies to support effective recovery.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, promoting our services and enhancing patient engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on quality improvement, program development, and patient care strategies.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, ensuring high standards in service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes and optimize resource utilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of orthopedic issues—from sports injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
