Accounting Administrator

Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire| up to $28ph. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Support Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, coding, and reconciliations Assist with close-end activities and maintain accurate financial records Track expenses, purchase orders, and vendor payments Support budgeting processes and reporting as needed Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to leadership and office staff Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility-related needs Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) HR Support Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems Support benefits administration and employee inquiries Coordinate interviews and assist with recruiting logistics Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a blended accounting/admin/HR support role Strong understanding of basic accounting practices (AP/AR, reconciliations) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ERP or accounting software experience preferred Experience supporting HR functions such as onboarding, recordkeeping, or recruiting coordination Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
