Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent solutions in the infrastructure sector. This role includes managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, and monitoring key business metrics to achieve revenue and service targets. The General Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes, enhance client satisfaction, and support business development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve budgeting and resource planning, reviewing operational reports, and making data-informed decisions to optimize efficiency. The role requires regular communication with senior leadership, participation in strategic planning, and representation of the organization in key client and stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
Strong operational management abilities, such as workflow optimization, process improvement, and resource planning.
Experience in business strategy and planning, including setting objectives, analyzing market trends, and driving growth initiatives.
Proficiency in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery within a professional or consulting environment.
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial reports to support decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and influence at multiple organizational levels.
Comfort with remote work tools and collaboration platforms, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or infrastructure-related industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
