Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport to develop positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss treatment goals, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to the client’s needs.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families seeking support for various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Masters degree in mental health counseling or a closely-related field is required.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that allows for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time LPC position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We employ a Fee-for-Service model, providing guaranteed rates that pay clinicians ahead of collections, ensuring no delays in reimbursement.
