Appointment Setter / SDR

$15 per hour

We're hiring an Appointment Setter to join our National Recruiting team at simpliHŌM. You'll be the engine behind our agent recruitment efforts - calling independent agents from top brokerages, qualifying interested prospects, and booking appointments for our closing team to convert into new agents joining our platform. This is a high-volume, metrics-driven role. You'll make ~50 calls per day with a target of 3 appointments booked daily. Success comes from discipline, consistency, and execution. And it pays. What You'll Be Doing Cold calling independent agents from competing brokerages using our prospect lists Qualifying agents on interest level, timeline, and fit for simpliHŌM Booking appointments with our closing team (aiming for 3 per day) Tracking metrics in our CRM—every call logged, every appointment tracked Building relationships with prospects who may not be ready today but could be tomorrow Hitting your targets consistently—we measure success in appointments booked and show rates You'll be working in our Nashville office, full-time. We provide the CRM, the phone system, the prospect lists, and the support structure. You bring the work ethic and drive. Who We're Looking For Entry-level is fine. You don't need 10 years of sales experience. We're looking for smart, coachable people who can learn. Cold calling experience is a plus. If you've done outbound sales, SDR work, or similar—you'll have an advantage. You're disciplined. You show up on time, hit your metrics, and don't make excuses. You're resilient. Rejection is part of the job. You bounce back. You can follow a process. We have a call script, CRM workflow, and appointment-setting system. You execute it. You're ambitious. You see the earning potential and want to build it. The Reality Check This is high-volume work. You'll hear "no" more than you hear "yes". Show rates fluctuate.
