Service/Installation Technician (Juneau & Baraboo, WI) Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the installation, routine service, emergency service, scheduled service, and analytical system analysis for all types of dairy equipment, such as robotics, automation, and refrigeration that are sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply. Responsible for the constant increase in personal knowledge of proper installation, service and analytical techniques and requirements for all of the equipment sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply. Responsible for the constant increase in personal knowledge of the Dairy Industry and Cow Physiology as well as the importance of appropriate and properly maintained equipment, milk production, and milk quality. Responsible for Central Ag Supply’s guidelines and requirements regarding a high degree of customer satisfaction through constant quality customer communications, complete proper documentation of customer service, and constantly maintaining and improving company image and reputation. Job Requirements Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and good driving record. Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude a must. Refrigeration and welding skills a plus. Ability to work in all types of Wisconsin weather elements as well as conditions common to a dairy facility. Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and up to 100lbs on occasion. Detail oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work independently. Ability to develop a skill set, gain product knowledge and apply common sense to resolve complex problems. Required to participate in the after-hours emergency service “on-call” rotation with the other service technicians. Attend company sponsored training courses at corporate training centers. Responsible for accurate and complete documentation required of a service technician for daily duties. Responsible for your assigned vehicle in regards to communicating all maintenance requirements, keeping vehicle clean, keeping an account of all tools assigned, and keeping account of all inventory. Route Delivery Specialist (Juneau, WI) Job Responsibilities: Perform as a Route Delivery Specialist with daily duties in three areas of the route department: traditional routes, delivery, and warehouse. Responsible for maintaining some “Traditional Farm Store at your Door” routes, delivery routes for the pre‑sell program and warehouse functions. Responsible for Constant customer satisfaction through reliable service, proper documentation, and maintenance of company image. Warehouse/Shop/Delivery Specialist (Juneau & Baraboo, WI) General Responsibilities Facilities including buildings inside and out, as well as all grounds and signs must be kept at the most professional appearance and organized at all times as possible. Maintain and/or assist in maintaining a “Shop List” which includes project installation preparations, asset maintenance, inventory maintenance, and/or building and grounds maintenance. This “Shop List” is posted in the dispatch area for guidance. Display a high degree of professionalism, craftsmanship, work ethic, excellent attendance, teamwork attitude, and high level of efficiency in all tasks. Responsible for keeping all company documentation, pricing and customer information confidential. Always have a positive point of view when communicating with customers, maintaining company image and policies. Specific Responsibilities (Selected Highlights) Warehouse and Inventory Control: Obtain and maintain forklift training certificate. Maintain warehouse safety and monitor safety procedures including DOT and HAZMAT compliance. Complete daily warehouse and vehicle security checklist before leaving the property. Follow inventory receiving procedures and document processes promptly. Complete inventory counts and handle shipping, receiving, and packaging as required. Delivery and Route Support: Maintain a commercial driver’s license with HAZMAT and airbrake endorsements. Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain DOT and HAZMAT compliance. Handle Pre‑Sell Program deliveries efficiently. Manage stock transfer inventory to branch locations. Deliver equipment and materials to project sites and provide emergency support. Administrative Professional (Juneau, WI) Job Responsibilities: Administrative Professional with daily duties to include customer service functions; support of AR, AP, and inventory control functions; various sales and expense reporting; warranty processes and general office duties. Required to perform at a professional level of customer service and maintain company image. Job Requirements Accounting or bookkeeping degree or equivalent work experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office products and accounting software. High level of customer service skills including in person, electronically, and by telephone. Ability to perform the required physical tasks associated with retail and distribution sales and inventory control processes. Pre‑Sell Dairy Hygiene Supplies Sales Specialist (Juneau, WI) Specific Responsibilities Keep fully informed on all Central Ag Supply Inc. policy and procedures and enforce them. Sell dairy hygiene and supplies to dairymen. Provide a high level of customer service. Develop new route customers. Maintain and update accurate route records. Assist coordinator with inventory and orders when needed. Assist coordinator on ideas for sales promotions and flyers. Collect competitive prices and samples on a daily basis and forward to coordinator. Responsible for cleaning problems of assigned customers and assist the coordinator with cleaning problems when necessary. Submit daily invoices to Administrative Staff. Schedule and plan the route for travel and time efficiency. Operate the route at a profitable level. Maintain company image and represent policies properly. Keep a clean and well‑kept uniform and truck. Perform scheduled truck maintenance. Become knowledgeable through on‑the‑job training and company paid schooling of dairy equipment, sanitation supplies, and animal health products. Ensure appropriate warranty coverage for products when needed. Handle credit applications, CODs, collections, and enforce company policies. Assist with receiving and storing truckload shipments, completing paperwork promptly. Support sanitation supplies repackaging processes. Maintain inventory in warehouse, shop, parts rooms, and store in proper locations and neat appearance. Assist Inventory Control management when needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Sales skills. Thorough understanding of dairy hygiene products, supplies, and cow physiology. Ability to operate a forklift. Project Draftsman (Design Draftsman) Responsibilities Responsible for the design, drafting, and production of drawings as well as sales materials for all company projects required at the various stages of the company’s sale processes in regards to preliminary sales layout, a final agreement layout, and detailed installation drawings for company installation department, project builder as well as all contractors involved. Responsible for the establishment of company standards, including but not limited to drawings provided, drawing fonts and formats, scaling, title block, layers, templates, blocks, and file management to increase project efficiencies and improve professional document appearance with the assistance of general manager.
