Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couple therapy to a diverse range of clients, focusing on various emotional and psychological needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions, utilizing our efficient electronic medical record (EMR) system to streamline record-keeping.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an organized calendar that reflects timely follow-ups and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with medical staff and other providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring that each individual receives holistic support during their hospice journey.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with patients facing end-of-life issues, offering emotional and psychological support tailored to their unique needs. This includes providing grief counseling for families, assisting individuals in navigating complex feelings surrounding mortality, and implementing strategies that improve the overall quality of life for clients through compassionate and understanding therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LCSW license, allowing for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
