Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 11:00pm to 7:30am, Some Overtime

Pay Rate: $24/hr - $30/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Kettering, Ohio 45440

Production Team Lead - What You Will Do:

As a Production Team Lead, you will blend frontline leadership with hands-on technical expertise to mentor associates and optimize shift efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership & Development: Motivating your team, delegating tasks daily, and executing cross-functional training on basic manufacturing and work instructions.
  
• Quality Assurance: Performing quality layer checks, assisting with containment strategies, and mapping out root causes and countermeasures for shift variances.
  
• Hands-On Production Backup: Step in to perform machine set-ups, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting-maintaining cell standards (5S) and jumping into production to run cells at 90%+ efficiency when necessary.
  
• Shift Management: Managing basic administrative needs like tracking OEE data on the computer and conducting daily shift handoffs.

Production Team Lead - What We Are Looking For:

• Education & Experience: High school graduate or equivalent with a solid background in CNC machine operation and general manufacturing.
  
• Leadership Traits: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of dependability and excellent attendance.
  
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or exert 10 to 50 pounds frequently throughout a 3rd shift cycle.
