Mac IT Support Specialist — JAMF & Google Suite

Location (city, state): West Hollywood, CA - 5 days onsite Compensation: $95,000 - $100,000 Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Role Summary: Provide Level I/II IT support for the DC office, handling day-to-day troubleshooting such as Google Group access, app sign-in issues, and performance problems (e.g., Chrome running slow). Responsibilities include imaging and reimaging laptops using JAMF, managing 40 loaner devices, onboarding/offboarding users, and resolving break/fix issues across systems. Key Requirements: Strong Mac support experience Proficiency with JAMF for laptop imaging Expertise in Google Suite and Zoom Ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion
