Dedicated to enhancing client relationships, the full-time Remote Client Operations Specialist will manage operational workflows, maintain client records, and collaborate with Financial Planners and Wealth Advisors to ensure seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities Manage all operational and administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring timely completion of onboarding processes Maintain and update client records in the firm's CRM software and manage client forms efficiently Collaborate with custodians to address operational needs and continuously seek improvements in firm processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred, with openness to candidates with less experience Understanding of the operational needs of an independent wealth management firm, either through direct experience or related roles Exceptional organizational skills and reliability in task ownership Aptitude for technology and a service-minded approach to client and team interactions
