Global M&A Tax Strategy Lead

Block is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Tax / US Income Tax Planning to join our tax team. You will report to our Head of Global Tax Advisory and help manage Block's global M&A, investments, and US income tax planning, including compliance and post-closing integration activities. You will partner with internal teams, external advisors, and tax colleagues on acquisitions and dispositions, conduct tax modeling, and advise on complex issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr Block
