You'll have the opportunity to work with Azure, AWS, VMware, Windows Server, enterprise networking, and security technologies while continuing to expand your technical skillset through structured training and certifications. What You'll Be Doing Design, deploy, and support Windows Server, virtualization, and network infrastructure for a variety of SMB clients. Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and cloud environments. Install, configure, and maintain servers, firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, and endpoint devices. Manage backups, disaster recovery, patching, security, and system performance. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and cloud-related issues. Lead and participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and client projects. Create and maintain technical documentation while helping improve operational standards and best practices. Build trusted relationships with clients while serving as a technical advisor for their IT environments. What We're Looking For 3+ years of MSP or Systems Administration experience. Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration skills. Experience with VMware, Azure, and cloud technologies. Networking experience with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless infrastructure. Experience supporting both server infrastructure and end-user environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects and client relationships. Experience with AWS, SonicWall, Cisco, HP/Aruba, or Apple environments is a plus. Why This Opportunity?
