Responsibilities Work on marketing initiatives with our marketing department Maintain SOP concerning sales and expenses Lead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and grow Oversee all facility maintenance and repairs. Ensure new team members are properly onboarded Oversee all beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goals Oversee overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goals Implement, oversee and maintain all policies Full P & L management.
