What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple restaurants.
• Build a strong bench of future leaders and foster an inclusive, positive team culture.
• Ensure operational excellence in hospitality, safety, and quality standards.
• Partner with Support Center and Field teams to implement training, marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Drive financial performance while honoring Hawaiian Bros mission of spreading positivity through the Aloha Spirit.
