Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to effectively identify clients’ needs, establishing tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring culturally responsive care.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to address various mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid independent licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using telehealth platforms.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapies, and cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with qualifications and experience.
