We are seeking professionals with proven experience in: New business development and market expansion Artificial Intelligence and SaaS solutions BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, and Customer Care industries Building and growing business opportunities across the U.S. market. This role will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, developing new enterprise accounts, establishing long-term partnerships, and positioning innovative AI solutions that are transforming how organizations connect with and serve their customers. Ideal Profile: Proven track record in technology sales. Experience within the Customer Experience, Contact Center, or BPO industry. Established network within the CX and Contact Center ecosystem. Strong hunter mentality with a results-driven approach. Fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to work on-site in Miami, Florida.
