Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs.****Summary:**Reporting to the Manager, Executive Compensation, the Executive Compensation Analyst will support the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and other executive rewards. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and an interest in executive pay strategy. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:*** Assist in the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and senior leadership meetings* Support the administration of annual and long-term incentive (LTI) plans, including tracking awards and performance metrics* Conduct market benchmarking and analysis using compensation surveys and public filings (e.g., proxy statements)* Help ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulations (e.g., SEC, IRS)* Maintain and audit executive compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems* Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to support compensation cycle processes* Participate in preparing executive offer letters, retention summaries, and pay analyses* Stay current on executive pay trends, governance guidelines, and disclosure best practices* Perform other duties and projects as assigned **Qualifications:*** Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts) and familiarity with PowerPoint* Excellent attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and strong organizational skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Interest in developing expertise in executive compensation strategy, governance, and analytics**Education/Experience:*** 1+ years of Compensation or Executive Compensation experience* Bachelor’s degree required* Familiarity with Workday and survey tools preferred**BENEFITS INFORMATION:**For information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
