• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's substance abuse history and mental health status, utilizing appropriate screening tools.

• Develop personalized and evidence-based treatment plans that target both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders, ensuring holistic care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to meet diverse client needs.
\n
• Collaborate actively with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and maximize patient outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process, helping them understand their roles in supporting their loved ones.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with substance abuse and related mental health disorders. This includes addressing a range of issues such as opioid addiction, alcohol dependency, and anxiety or depression stemming from substance use. You will work with diverse demographics, helping clients navigate their unique recovery journeys in a safe, supportive environment.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling and mental health treatment.
\n
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), specifically aimed at addressing substance use disorders.

• Exceptional skills in counseling, with a strong ability to engage and motivate clients toward positive change.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating adaptability to remote therapy practices.

• Background in working with diverse populations and various age groups.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
